Neighborhoods of Oakview
The developers of Bermuda Pointe have similar plans for one hundred and twenty single-family homes near Spanish Wells Plantation. This new community is called The Neighborhoods of Oakview and is located off Oakview Road at the island's north end, which is within immediate reach of the Cross Island Parkway.

There are three distinc neighborhoods. The first is Sterling Pointe, consisting of seventeen dramatic home sites on an environmentally-protected promontory that reaches into the tidal marshland. Silver Oak has twenty-seven grand homesites within an exclusive and privately gated preserve. Gold Oak includes sevety-six traditional homes and home sites set beneath a canopy of majestic moss=draped oaks. The lots available are set on forty acres of lush Lowcountry land that offer marsh and Calibogue Sound/Instracoastal Waterway views. Models are anticipated to be completed for viewing by the Fall of 2001.
