Palmetto Hall Plantation
This community contains 750 acres, which are located just east of Hilton Head Plantation, and is known to be one of the island's more neighborly and intimate environments. All of its homes follow the plantatin's architectual review board requirements for Southern classic stle. Many of these homes have porches, decks, dormers, and other features that purposefully take into consideration the island's magnificent weather, and encourage participation in the neighborhood. The residents enjoy views of lagoons, the plantation's one-hundred acre wooded nature preserve, or one of two eighteen-hole golf courses designed by arthur Hills and Robert Cupp. Property ownership includes a flexible social or golf membership.
