Singleton Beach
Residents of this community in the only island location where the marshes directly meet the Atlantic Ocean, which yield fantastic views of the oceanfront. The community extends four street rows back from the ocean, and all of its single-family homes are similar in Charlestonian-style architecture and have a private elevator and garages. Most have their own private swimming pools.
