Howard Davis
 Howard Davis has been in the Real Estate business on Hilton Head for 27 years…long enough to be a true Island local. He frequently visited Hilton Head Island while attending the University of South Carolina in the early 1970’s, and having fallen in love with the Island, he moved here in 1979 after graduate school. Howard is a SC Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Licensed SC Builder and a member of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors, SC Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Hilton Head Island MLS, and Life Member of the Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Award. Howard has served our community through both professional and charitable organizations - Hilton Head Plantation Architectural Review Board, HH Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, Habitat for Humanity and United Way of Hilton Head, to name a few.
As an Instrument Rated Private Pilot Howard realizes the importance of assessment and evaluation of data and conditions to ensure a safe flight. He uses the same critical skill and concern when helping his clients find the perfect home or to sell a property. His versatile background extends beyond Realtor - he has experience and working knowledge in the construction and financing of real estate.
