Niki Sutherland came to the Island over a decade ago for the same reason
many visitors and residents ended up here- GOLF! Niki received a golf
scholarship to James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. While at
JMU, she earned ALL- American status, was captain and MVP of her team, and
also began her passion for marketing and advertising graduating
Magna Cum-Laude in her class.
After college Niki took a position with a short-term rental company. It was
at this fantastic local company that she became office manager and tweaked
her marketing skills running an advertising campaign at well over a quarter
of a million dollars. She realized that real estate was her true passion
and obtained her real estate license.
In 2003 Niki began selling real estate with Charter 1 North Realty and
Marketing. In just three short years, she grew her business to compete with
some of the best who have been selling for decades. She is currently ranked
in the top 75 of her peers.
Niki has made it her business to assist people find their ideal property.
Although she specializes in Indigo Run Plantation, where she currently
resides with her children, she has also expanded her interests to on and off
Island.
